Care

For care, we recommend machine wash with like colours and lay flat to dry. If you are using a tumble dryer, consider getting a size up due to cotton shrinkage in high heat.

About Deadstock

Deadstock textiles are textiles that have been produced by factories but have never been used in production. They are excess from previous seasons/years and are often sold to various textile resellers and warehouses. These textiles often end up in the local fabric stores and sit unused for years until discarded.

We use deadstock and locally sourced textiles because it does not require extra resources as the textiles have been already produced and delivered, thus reducing our impact on the planet. Using deadstock textiles helps to reduce the amount of unnecessary waste we create as a society. By using deadstock textiles we are optimizing our environmental impact with the ultimate goal of creating only what is needed while being cautious about the resources we use.
