SHIPPING POLICY

perfectlynormal currently offers shipping within North America. Please allow 2 business days from purchase for your order to be processed.

We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. All of our orders are processed and shipped from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post. 

Canada:

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers are subject to GST or HST, as required by law. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for Standard Shipping and Expedited Parcel. 

United States:

For orders that are placed outside of Canada, shipments are subject to duties, taxes and/or import fees by your local customs authority. Customers are solely responsible for any potential duties or taxes they might incur. Please refer to your country’s guide for international shipping taxes and duties. We do not have control over customs or clearance delays.

 

Please ensure shipping address provided at the checkout is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded.

In the rare case that your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to help from our end, but ultimately we are not responsible for these circumstances. Once we hand over our packages to the postal carrier, we are no longer liable for them. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged; it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. 

RETURN POLICY

In our efforts to operate a sustainable business, we ask you to carefully consider the purchase prior to checkout. Please consult our size chart and reference images prior to purchase. We are also happy to answer any questions via chat or email.

If necessary, returns are accepted within 7 days from the time your package is delivered. To initiate a return please email us at aboutperfectly@gmail.com.

The customer is responsible for all shipping return costs. The package must have a tracking number. Once we receive the package a refund will be issued.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached, unworn, not washed or altered in any way. Our team will inspect the merchandise upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that do not meet the return requirements and appear damaged, worn, or altered in any way.

We do not offer refunds for Samples, Discounted, or Sale items.

We respect your privacy. All personal information provided by the customers is used solely for fulfilling the orders. We do not disclose or share any information with any third party.
